We know that our emotions are too amazing and crazy. If they don't come from inside then it can do anything. If i don't show own emotions then it try again and again to come out from inside of body. Due to this we can realise our goals, facts, feelings, action, thoughts etc.
Newton's third law say that if we do action then a reaction must be do automatically. I mean if we react on a body then body also re-react on us. Similarly if we are feeling nervous then find why you are feeling nervous, find that what cause and things that make you nervous. If we are feeling aggressiveness then find why we should feeling aggressiveness. If we don't find thier cause then it can convert into action.
Emotions are amazing beacuse they are very sensible and if we don't controlled it then they will be doing anything. Emotions have a huge great power. If they don't come from inside time to time and stored inside then it will be come out through like a blast.
So try to controlled your emotions. Beacuse we know that one thing i.e. our emotions are too sensible and it can effected on our mind and soul.
