Changes for actual happiness

Wait...
Again, wait for a second...
Ok,
Now you are thinking that what am i doing ?
I am going to be mad or i am doing stupid thing, No!!!
It is only for required to capture your attention for this article.
Now you are serious for a few minute while you are reading this article.

Now let's start from at the moment. For a few seconds sit silent, relax yourself, calm down your thoughts and try to reach at zero level thought state.
(Doing for one minute...)

Now look yourself and trying to find out a small changr in your thoughts, in your mind and in your body. For a while, everything is still pause, no one activities happen around you. Look like you are reaching at a new moment where you feel your actual happiness, where no one feelings occur. If you are really feeling it at that moment then appreciate yourself because today you find a new way for relaxation for happiness.

Interesting Naa!!! We are all of them daily trying to find out large changes around us but we can't focus on our small changes. We know very well i.e. we can't see large changes in size of our nails and hair in a single day, it take huge time to change them. Similarly we are trying to find out large changes in our life in a single day but we can't see our small changes at that present time.

So guys, if we are changing our looking side ( or looking view) and trying to find out very small changes in our daily life then we are actually finding our real happiness.
Today, I found my actual happiness. You can also try to find out your real happiness.
