Mind

It is very complex thing for understanding because it is very slippery on our own thoughts. It mean, mind nothing but it is a group of our thoughts where our memories exists. Whenever mind make more powerful than our intellectual or brain than it is working according to our habits and these habits are uncontrolled activities of our daily routine. If our habits are bad than we are doing wrong activities and if our habits are good than we are doing right activities. So these habits make by our daily routine activities. When our daily routine activities make our habit than it is control by our subconscious mind (i.e. Mind)

Firstly our new activities control by our conscious mind and whenever these activities make our daily routine activities (i.e. habits) than it is control by our subconscious mind (i.e. Mind).
For understanding in local language, we can assume subconscious mind as a "Mind" and our conscious mind as a "Brain".
eg. Learning Bicycle riding from starting to ending.

So now keep trying to understand these thing i.e. our daily routine activities (i.e. habits) controlled by our subconscious mind. So if we  want something new and great from life than try to make small changes in your daily routine activities and see huge benefits on large scale. By doing small changes on small scale in daily routine activities than we can make and create big differences on large scale in our life. 

Final conclusion,
if i want from my life , " I am the Best " than i am going to my brain (i.e. conscious mind) and say " I am the Best " until my conscious mind permanently send it at subconscious mind (i.e. mind), If subconscious mind once recognised that thing " I am the Best " then really , " I am the Best " in ma'ah life.
